Camp Showtime is now in session!
Camp Showtime is a unique and exciting opportunity for kids 7-12 to unlock or sharpen their theatrical talent in a safe, fun environment. Whether your child is a natural performer or a shy one in need of some confidence, Camp Showtime will help them grow. This year’s camp will focus less on the process of producing live theatre, and more on the performance skills that kids can begin using right away on and off the stage, building confidence, self-esteem, and social skills. The four day camp will culminate in a demonstration of the exercises and theatre games used to develop their talent. The demonstration will take place at Camp WaterColor at 4pm on each Friday of the camp.

Camp Instructors

The camp is fortunate to have local teacher and actor David Hopkins as our instructor once again. David holds an MFA in Acting from the University of Florida and is a veteran of soap operas and television while working as an actor in New York. Since 2002, he has been on the Rep stage in several productions, including this summer's Fuddy Meers. For the past three years, David has been a teacher at Rosemary Beach's Montessori School. He is the father of a 4-year old son, Doc.
