Instructions and FAQ for Ticket Package Holders

Ticket Packages are a new concept for us, so please bear with us while we work out the kinks, but here’s how we think it will work the best.

There are three ways to reserve your package seat at a production.

1. Once you’ve decided what night you’d like to attend, send an email to info@seasiderep.org with the show date you would like to attend. Be sure to include the name of the package holder, in case your email doesn’t identify you. You will receive a seat confirmation email within 48 hours.

2. Visit a Ticket Outlet and speak with a representative.

3. Or, call the box office at 850-231-0733.

FAQ (well, anticipated FAQ’s)

I only have one pass, but I’d like to attend with someone else. Can we sit together?

Most likely. Simply specify the person or group with whom you would like to sit in your email, and we will do our best to accommodate. Or if you prefer, simply purchase the tickets at the same time you reserve your package seat at a ticket outlet location or over the phone.

Do I lose my seat if I cancel my reservation?

Not if you cancel more than 24 hours prior to the show for which you hold reservations. However, if you do not show up for a reservation, or if you cancel the same day, you will lose your package ticket for that production. I know, it seems mean, but allowing rampant no-shows is a slippery slope.

Can someone else use my ticket if I cannot attend?

Definitely, but we must receive an email from you specifying the name, and you will be sent the confirmation email. Incidentally, if you do receive a confirmation email and you have not reserved a seat or given your ticket away, call us immediately.
